ZillowVERIFIED Kathi has been my agent for three transactions now. On all three occasions, her performance was outstanding. During the two purchasing transactions, her local market knowledge made me confident enough to invest in both assets. Which, materialized exactly as she predicted, much to her credit. During the one listing transaction, she was able to develop a targeted marketing strategy which was able to secure the deal above the return I targeted. Its noteworthy to mention, she was able to do this during the holiday season, which historically see a depression in sales volume. Kathi, if youre reading this, your performance has been sincerely appreciated over these few years. Youll be my agent as long as you want the job, and I hope this review conveys the gratitude

ZillowVERIFIED Before we met Kathi Soprano we had already been looking at homes through several apps and another realtor that was provided to us by our bank. He was too slow at showing us available homes and so then my husbands co-workers recommend Kathi Soprano to us She was on top of everything we needed and she always answered our questions promptly. She showed us many homes and she is a great negotiator. I am glad she was recommended to us. I would gladly recommend her to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathi is awesome. You just need to tell her what where and price and she is on it. This is my third house I bought with Kathi and I could not be any more happy. Kathi is top of my list.
