She was especially sympathetic as she also has a family member with a disability. She helped us land the perfect house at the right price which worked well for us for 4 years. When we decided we needed more room, we listed our home with her and she worked hard to get us the price we needed to be able to move on as the market had gone down slightly. She found us the perfect replacement house which we got another great deal on but it took awhile to close on because of the loan. She came through for us again and placed us in one of her own properties temporarily during the transition so we didn't have to go into an apartment which would have been a nightmare with our situation.
