Katherine was beyond helpful in finding us a house. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions or concerns at all times. She was very knowledgeable and honest with her opinions about all the homes we viewed. She was extremely patient with us and is very dedicated. She spent an incredible amount of time touring neighborhoods and homes with us to get a strong sense for what we were looking for. Katherine was amazingly responsive throughout the entire process and made us feel like we were a priority for her and made us feel like we were her only client.

Katherine is amazing. She is professional yet warm to work with. She answered all questions quickly and made sure both my elderly mother and I understood what was happening at all times. She also paid great attention to details, which is important when dealing with buying or selling a home. Let's face it, moving is hectic as it is and I would say she does her best to keep it is stress free as possible!! I have definitely found a great realtor for all my future endeavors.

Katherine is a pleasure to work with! As a NY native, she has knowledge of the local area and housing rates/prices. Katherine works diligently to respond, schedule showings, and send listings to potential buyers. I felt that all of my opinions were valued and heard. She was able to assist me through the purchase of my first home and I will definitely be using her again for future purchases!

Katherine made something that could be such a stressful process so enjoyable! In a time when houses are in high demand and go thousands of dollars over asking, Katherine scheduled countless showings and visited many open houses with me. She was extremely flexible, easy to work with, and helped me find my first home when everything was against us, including a global pandemic. If you go with Katherine as your agent, youll have nothing to worry about because she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients end up in the home they always dreamed of. ??

Katherine simplified the stressful home buying process, which is complicated due to the amount of detailed steps required to purchase real estate. We looked into multiple properties within my price range, including both Howard-Hanna properties and those listed for sale by other companies. Katherine promptly scheduled viewings and I did not have to wait more than three days to visit potential home choices. Katherine and I went relatively far into the buying process on a property that ended up having notable concerns which came to light during the inspection process. Katherine was willing to invest the needed amount of time at the above mentioned house for me to make an informed decision on whether or not to close the property. Katherine spent a whole day with me at that perspective house and then drove three towns over (~30 miles) so that I could make a structural comparison in a similar house for sale. I ended up walking away from that deal and found a far better, safer home soon after doing so. I would highly recommend Katherine Schutt for your next home buying purchase.
