ZillowVERIFIEDAfter i was pre-approved by my bank, they chose Katherine and her agency to be my local agent. I didnt know her or what to expect, but she was very responsive to what i was looking for. In this fast-paced market, with her help i was able to pinpoint and find a house within a week! In fact, Kathy suggested i put an escalation clause in my offers and this was the reason i am now sitting in my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was with us every step of the way during the purchase of our home. She was an excellent resource for local neighborhoods as well as local culture. Her knowledge of the current market was helpful during the negotiation process. She was responsive and professional during the entire process. She took the time to understand our situation and made recommendations based on our unique circumstances. In an age where mediocrity seems to be the norm, Katherine proves that there are still hardworking, dedicated professionals who go the extra mile. If you are looking for excellent representation for all of your home buying needs, Katherine is the person for you.

We had to sell our home from across the country, and had to depend on Kathy & Kelly to be our eyes and ears on our home. Not only did they do an outstanding job selling our home in a timely manner, but they also instilled such confidence, that we didnt have to stress about being so detached from the process. We counldnt be happier and highly recommend Kathy & Kelly!

Kathy helped us buy a condo for my father who is in a wheelchair. She was super helpful and went above and beyond by going to condos to make sure they were wheelchair accessible before we toured them. When we couldn't physically make it to the closing, she was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly and we were able to close on time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent in Naperville.

Kathy was our Real Estate Agent on the recent sale of our house at 23519 W. Grinton Dr., Plainfield. I was very impressed with Kathy's knowledge and expertise of the market. It was a very tedious process and it look longer than expected to close because of the many requirements that needed to be fulfilled before the lender would approve this FHA/rehab loan. Kathy was there every step of the way and kept us apprised of the situation. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to sell their home

Katherine and her partner Kelly W. were super helpful for our 2000 miles move across the country. We had a 4 day look and see trip where we were shown over 30 homes which was vital for making our final choice for our families new home. We felt that the open availability of both and reliability was like asking a friend to help find a new home fo us. The entire process they were quickly on top of the next step for us being new to the state of Illinois and it vastly different regulations than our previous state. Thanks for the help!

Kathy is both a true professional and kind hearted person. She listens to your requests while making excellent suggestions. Kathy did more for me the first day than my other agent (listing) did for the entire transaction. Kathy has a good eye for detail and is an excellent negotiator saving me thousands of dollars! She goes above and beyond and will be with you every step along the way. I have worked with a lot of people in my life and never have I met someone that has such wonderful follow through, Kathy sets the gold standard for realtors! I simply can't say enough good things about her.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Kathy when I thought Mortgage credits would be very difficult after a protracted and undulating wire wind of family and financial constraints. Kathy inspired me by her words of encouragement. She was very kind and thoughtful and patient and skillful in making difficult circumstances look easy to overcome. Her priority is not just to make money or exploit any financial deals but to help as many people in need to secure their dream home with smile and a sense of accomplishment. She guides you in the right direction because she is focused and know what is best for her clients. She is honest and highly professional and consider her clients the most precious demographic in her pursuit for excellence. It took me less than one month to buy my first home because of her interest in my wellbeing. I am very fortunate and honored to be assisted by her in search of a great home in a community centered neighborhood. I am very proud to recommend Kathy Rubis to anyone interested in buying a great home for their families. She is dependable, energetic, open to communication and highly credible and result oriented. And of course, she has a great smile! You will not be disappointed to secure her services. She is the best Realtor!
