We soon learned that there is a difference between a Realtor who loves to list homes but has no interest in showing it and merely relies on others to sell if for her! I thought I'd done my homework and went with a familiar name. Huge mistake.And then there is Katie! She is a delight to work with. Any texts or voicemails were returned almost immediately. ZillowVERIFIED Katie was able to find me the house of my dreams! We spoke about what I wanted, where I wanted it, and what was the most important to me (schools, kitchen, MIL suite, screened porch). It was crucial that we stay in budget and not only did she find the perfect house, I got way more than I wanted for less than my maximum budget allowance. She had contacts for everyone I needed in the process (contractor for renovation, loan officer, appraisers, homeowner's insurance) and even when I did my own research, her contacts were always the most affordable and most helpful. During the renovation phase, Katie stayed in contact with me regularly to make sure that things were going smoothly and has been genuinely interested in my happiness with the home. I would use her again if I ever bought another house but I think I'll stay right where I am! I will, however, recommend her any time I hear of someone looking to buy or sell.
