Katherine Katches

In 2005 Katherine received her license by the state of California to sell real estate followed by her Broker license in 2013. Working in the Real Estate industry since 2003. Katherine is a Fifth-Generation Californian and a Second-Generation Realtor. She grew up in the Placer County area and has a well-rounded knowledge of the Foothills. She moved to the Weimar/Colfax area with her family, when she was 5 years old, and is a alumni of Colfax High School. Married to her husband Jake Katches, also raised in Colfax, in 2007 and became a mother to a little girl in April 2015 and little boy in January 2018. She has served in the community with raising money for the Meadow Vista Community Center, Meadow Vista Pool and Volunteered at Colfax High Sober Grad Night. Currently she is a member of Foothill Christian Fellowship, in Meadow Vista. As a busy member of the team she has been involved in over 400+ transactions through transaction coordination and involved in over 150+ transactions working as a team with her Broker/Owner, Fred Eichenhofer, of Sierra Pacific Real Estate. Fred and Katherine, a father/daughter duo, working together as a great team they can collaborate together and compliment each other's working style. They each have something different to bring to each of their clients, together giving their clients two individuals looking out for their best interest. Katherine is the creative designer for marketing each individual listing, along with keeping the clients informed with showing information, and retrieving feedback from potential buyers. Katherine handles all the details in the paperwork through the beginning of the listing to the signing of the closing documents.
