Katherine did an excellent job in the sale of our home. Her marketing was top notch. From the photos, to the drone pictures, to the virtual tour of our house, it attracted so many buyer to our open houses - we had a line out the door! In a period of only 3 days and only 2 open houses, we received over 10 offers and multiple offers were over asking. Katherine helped to negotiate the best offer for us, which ended up being significantly over asking.
