Katy helped me buy a property that presented a lot of challenges. There were a lot of difficult elements such as fire insurance for mountain property, VA loan with many inspections and requirement on the seller and buyer, which Katy took care of effectively and without delays. I lived in another state and she was able to bridge that gap to arrange inspectors and keep the people with the loan, insurance, title company, and seller on top of it all. What a rock star Katy is.
