ZillowVERIFIEDKat was great to work with. Always responsive, answered all of our first time home buying questions, always ready to show us houses and help create a vision in some of the fixer uppers we looked at. She was accepting of our kids tagging along and willing to work with us on scheduling home look ats in the process of finding the right one for us! Highly recommend Kat!

ZillowVERIFIED Through our experience with Kat and dealing with sellers realtors, there isn't a single more professional, or more down to earth realtor. She was with us every step of the way, giving support in every way possible, advocating for us even when we didn't necessarily know it. She is highly communicative, reliable, and always keeping an eye out for what might suit her clients best. We weren't exactly a normal case as we had been looking for our first home for a while now and had to face some stressful scenarios along the way. The one thing we knew we could rely on was that Kat would be there for us and help us navigate things. We are so grateful to have found Kat and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a rockstar realtor! We have our home now and we could not be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED I have been looking for a realtor for some time. When I went online looking for help to sell my farm. A few minutes later Kat Dennis reached out to me. I was so surprised that she got back to me. I explained what I needed and then out of the blue. She started asking me questions and then the next thing I knew, we were at my farm and she found some men to help clean out my house. That day we had people asking about my farm. I was surprised how fast she got it on the market and how fast that I had a buyer. I signed the papers and she got me in touch with someone else and I signed more papers. Within a few weeks my farm was being sold. Kat was very nice and kind. Very helpful in so many ways. Thanks to her and her crew, I have sold my farm. She was my angel that I needed to get the job done and done right. So please give her a call and let her help you, like she helped me. This young lady saved me. She was 100% professional at her job.I am very happy for her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional and always returns calls and messages quickly. My home sold quickly and the price met my expectations. Would definitely use Kat in the future. Since Zillow needs a minimum of one hundred fifty characters to post a review, I?ll end with seriously?

ZillowVERIFIED Before we even met Kat she did a great job of getting to know our wants and needs and wasn?t shy to tell us when to not even bother looking at a house. It never felt like she was pushing the sale for her own benefit and truly wanted to help us. We?ve already recommended her to all our friends! Seriously nothing but the best experience start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Most important she was responsive and immediately was available to show the house in a time sensitive situation. This made all the difference. When I needed information or guidance she was always available. Her input and mentoring made the whole house buying process managable. Without Kat's promt action I would have lost the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Kat was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We were out of state buyers purchasing a home without physically seeing it. She was quick with getting to the house so we could virtually tour it via FaceTime and answering all of our many questions and concerns. With a 3 hour time difference she never kept us waiting and was available whenever we needed her. If we did not have her as our realtor the whole process and move would have been immeasurably more stressful. Would definitely recommend her and will most definitely use her in the future.
