ZillowVERIFIEDKatharina did an excellent job in helping me and my husband finding our first home. She was very attentive to what we were looking for, what we could afford, and what we actually needed in our first home. She guided us along every step of the way. Katharina was very flexible on what times we could meet with her. My husband works in Scottsville and I work in Bowling Green so it would be difficult sometimes for my husband to rush to a house to look at it. Katharina made a big effort to accommodate both our schedules when we needed to look at a house, and when I was only one who could come out, she recorded the showing on my phone so I could spend time looking at the house and show my husband when he had time to look. I worked for a mortgage lending company and dealt with several realtors and when it was time for me and my husband to start looking to purchase a home, I knew exactly who I wanted on our side. Katharina Cisco is one of the best realtors out there! She will bend over backwards for her clients and she was so patient with us. We love Katharina and when it's time for us to find another home, you can bet we will be calling her again for help. Thank you Katharina for all of your hard work and dedication to your clients!!

ZillowVERIFIED We pray to God and he answered by giving us Katharina as our real state agent. My wife and I had an amazing experience as first-time Homebuyers and it was all thanks to how easy Katharina made the whole process look through the entire purchase. Nevertheless, I wanted to say that when buying a house with Katharina she will make sure that you are getting the best deal possible and she will never treat you as a client but as a family member. Thanks for putting a big o' smile on our faces. God bless you.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the privilege of working with Katharina to both buy and sell our home! With both experiences, we knew that we could trust Katharina to seamlessly take care of all of the details, use her ample local knowledge to guide us, and negotiate fairly on our behalf. She also always went out of her way to quickly answer any questions or concerns we had! We came into the process with Katharina as our realtor, but we left the process with her as our friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Katharina several times for purchasing and/or selling of property. She is very knowledgeable of real estate and very professional. My husband and I developed a friendship as Katharine is very outgoing and always available for any questions before and after a sale. If she didn't know an answer she would find out and reach out in a quick responsive manner. I would highly recommend Katharina as anyones' realtor as she will get the job done for you. She almost has a sixth sense and knows whether a certain property would be suitable for her clients and does her research. One of the best realtors that we have ever met.

ZillowVERIFIED We lucked out with Katharina!!! We relocated from another state & she was very helpful, honest and went out of her way to accommodate our needs & make us feel at home in KY. She's very hands on in the community and knows a lot about the areas and people in and surrounding BG. If we were to move again in the BG area, we would definitely use Katharina again & highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate agent to buy or sell their house.

ZillowVERIFIED Katharina was assigned to us through a relocation agreement with my employer and we couldn't have been happier. Very quick to pick up on our needs and wants, catered to our every whim and change of mind on the fly. Very professional, courteous and well connected to the local community with a lot of very useful insight. Highly recommended to anyone looking to move into the area. You won't get anything but a complete and honest answer - which is what you need when moving into the unknown.
