I can't recommend Kateryna highly enough. I first met her several months before listing, when she reached out about a buyer interested in a unit in our building. That off-market showing didn't result in a deal, but her professionalism left such a strong impression that when we were ready to sell, she was the first person we called. From our very first meeting, she came prepared and organized, walking us through comps and market conditions so we could be truly informed sellers. She was patient, never pushy, and it was immediately clear she knew her stuff. She built a clear timeline with us and thought through every detail, planning ahead to make the entire process as streamlined as possible. Kateryna is incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working, and exudes integrity in all elements of her work. Despite a very challenging buyers market, she found numerous off-market listings, got us in to see other options before any open houses were held, helped us to avoid homes that had major pitfalls not apparent to an average buyer, and provided very detailed reviews of comps + disclosure analysis.
