At first we contacted a different Realtor, whom did not respond until a week later. Kate got in contact with us and was very responsive. We looked at a total of about 8 or 9 homes, and Kate was very knowledgeable about almost everything. She gave her opinions on everything and even gave us advise on furnaces and AC units. She really knows her stuff. She was always available to us. We would give her a date and time to look at multiple houses, and she was on the ball. She was always ready to help. She stayed in contact the entire time and talked us through the process. She is one of the sweetest people we know. She is so nice and is always quick to offer a smile. She took a lot of time our of her busy schedule to work around our time frame to show us the houses that we wanted to take a look at. Even more impressing was her knowledge in the field that allowed her to help us immensely when choosing our home; she helped us pick houses apart and made sure to disclose everything that needed to be disclosed. If she wasn't 100% sure of something, she made sure to find the answer for us. Overall, she did everything and more that we needed/expected from our realtor.
