ZillowVERIFIEDKate was a fantastic agent, she helped us and one of our relatives find exactly the house/apartment we were looking for. For us, it took many months, multiple attempts to buying various homes and more viewings than I can count. She was extremely helpful, dependable and is my trusted realtor in Florida going forward. Kate also has a huge network of people to support the home buying process, from inspectors to lawyers, from painters to construction firms. This was a very big help. Thank you Kate for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED We were recommended Kate as our Realter by our new neighbor - and she came with glowing feedback. We were not sure she could live up to her reviews! From our initial contact with Kate, she was truly amazing and unique in the way she deals with everything. She personalized the experience for us, gave us lots of confidence in our property and the process - especially during Covid. She was ultra responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable and always available to help. We truly felt like she had our back every step of the process, which normally we have found to be very stressful and we have been burnt many times before using different realtors. Within a few days of the listing going live, she had multiple offers on our property and was also able to arrange special circumstances with the buyers to enable a smoother move out for us. The photography and images she used are a superior standard to everything else we have seen, and she creates outstanding marketing material. We are truly grateful to have been introduced to Kate. We believe she is the absolute best at what she does and we will endeavor to use her for each future real estate transaction we go though in the future. Thank you Kate for EVERYTHING!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate did an magnificent job in both selling and finding me a new place to purchase. A triple closing is a pretty hard task and she did it! Having a 1939 house is never an easy one and as always there were challenges with any type of sale or purchase. Kate was able to jump on each one, address them and help come up with solutions. I would highly recommend her and suggest a meeting so you can see for yourself. She is not only a fantastic at her job but also an amazing person.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kate was an absolute pleasure. Having bought and sold a few homes prior to this and having dealt with innumerable agents over the years, I can say that no realtor I have encountered comes anywhere near Kate?s dedication, responsiveness and professionalism. She genuinely wants to ensure you find the right house for YOU. I was very picky and she was the picture of patience in dealing with me, never trying to push a property that wasn?t ?right? for me. Once the offer on my dream house was accepted, rather than trying to push for a closing at all costs, she became my advocate and worked hard to ensure that the deal was in my best interest as a buyer and any hidden flaws were uncovered prior to close. Since the closing she has continued to serve as a valued resource and has connected me with highly professional contractors for a variety of small projects. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was an amazing support in my home buying process. She really listened to me and adjusted the home listings we saw to tailor it to my needs and wants. She was informative throughout the whole process and helped me understand each step. Kate was also so helpful in providing me with quality resources such as a title company and handyman...definitely necessary for a new homeowner! I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We had an absolutely great experience with Kate as our realtor! From the start of the process till closing and after she she answered all our questions and walked us through the process with ease. We did most of this transaction from overseas so all the pressure was on Kate and everything went awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Kate to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate did a fabulous job of identifying a selection of properties for us to look at based on our desires. She selected a very manageable number of properties for us to see -- not so many as to be overwhelming, but enough to see the range of possible options. From there, she supported us step-by-step throughout the process from the approach to an offer and negotiation, to finalization, and even afterwards, being proactive with very useful information for us as we get accustomed to the neighborhood. All-in-all, just a fabulous experience with Kate.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was my realtor when I was selling my home and also buying a condo. Kate was wonderful. When you are buying and selling at the same time it can be very challenging, but Kate never wavered, even when I want to give up and through in the towel. Kate always had a smile on her face, encouraging words and she also has some handyman?s skills if needed. I would recommend her if you have any type of real estate needs. When, I finally found my condo, it brought me to tears, that?s when she knew she had done her job. Thank you Kate.
