We worked with Kate on our house purchase in Bluffton as we moved from Texas, and from the very first time we met her while visiting and getting to know the area, to when we signed on our home, she was a true Godsend. The process had a lot of unexpected turns for us, and she helped us adjust course and figure out the right path forward so many times along the way. She is so knowledgeable about this area, all of the neighborhoods, the HOAs, and her guidance was completely invaluable to us. Once we found our home, she shepherded us through the process of negotiations, inspections, and closing so seamlessly that it made a complicated process feel easy. She is smart, experienced, kind, and we truly could not have done it without her!

Kate did an excellent job in preparing listing documents, visual images of the house, exposure to agents in the area thru open houses with flexible access times to accommodate agents schedules. When several offers were received, she explained the benefits and deficiencies of each to the sellers so they could make informed decisions. When the first contract fell thru she was quick to contact other agents who had clients that had been interested. This resulted in a new contract within days. She kept the sellers updated on progress on key due dates and provided valuable knowledge and updates until closing. She did an excellent job.

Kate is a wonderful local real estate agent! She was very accommodating with our schedules. She helped educate us on the home selling process and was always so reassuring and encouraging. We had a very unique situation with a renter in place and she was so helpful coordinating with them as well. Kate was honest in her evaluations and suggestions. Most importantly Kate constantly kept us informed of progress. We never had to go hunting for information! We appreciated Kate so much we even sent out parents to her when it came time to sell their home. I only wish we had more homes to list with her!

My husband and I were planning to relocate from Illinois to Bluffton, SC and knew nothing about the area. Once we began our search online and decided we needed the assistance of a realtor, Kate contacted us immediately. From that initial call, Kate was patient, listening to our personal situation and needs. When we first arrived in town to conduct our search for the perfect home, Kate met us at our hotel and dedicated 2 days to viewings (even seeing some homes multiple times).
