ZillowVERIFIED Kate did an excellent job in preparing listing documents, visual images of the house, exposure to agents in the area thru open houses with flexible access times to accommodate agents schedules. When several offers were received, she explained the benefits and deficiencies of each to the sellers so they could make informed decisions. When the first contract fell thru she was quick to contact other agents who had clients that had been interested. This resulted in a new contract within days. She kept the sellers updated on progress on key due dates and provided valuable knowledge and updates until closing. She did an excellent job.

She helped educate us on the home selling process and was always so reassuring and encouraging. We had a very unique situation with a renter in place and she was so helpful coordinating with them as well. Kate was honest in her evaluations and suggestions. Most importantly Kate constantly kept us informed of progress. We never had to go hunting for information! ZillowVERIFIED Kate Yachini is the consummate real estate professional. In 2010 we started our search for a home in the Hilton Head, Bluffton area; however is was not until 2012 that we closed on a home in Bluffton SC. To say that Kate worked hard and was very patient is an understatement. During our search she answered every question imaginable and over the course of two years there were many, many questions. Since we were from out of town, Kate would send us links to the homes that fit our criteria and even previewed selected homes prior to our visits. Kate probably showed us 50 to 75 different properties in five or more communities. She never tired of taking us to repeat visits to the same property. Kate always returned our calls and emails promptly and never attempted to push us into making a decision. She made us feel comfortable during the entire process Once the sales offer was made Kate worked feverishly on our behalf to assist in negotiating the final sales price. She did not stop working for us once the sales agreement was in place. She followed through to the closing and beyond. She has been a tremendous resource in helping us move into a new community providing many recommendations and contact information for numerous contractors and vendors. We highly recommend Kate Yachini to anyone who is looking for a home. If we find ourselves in the market again, Kate is the only person we would call.

She was able to discuss each of the plantations and their amenities, fee structures, and marketability of homes. We met Kate along the way and loved her honest assistance, low pressure approach and quick, thorough knowledge of the area...although must admit we were concerned (though proven wrong) that her youth might be a drawback when it came to negotiations. We were very determined to purchase the right property at the right price. Kate worked tirelessly to assist...she found the right specialists who could discern true value, 'health' of the home and was not put off when we walked from several deals.
