ZillowVERIFIEDKate is truly amazing at what she does. If anyone is looking for a real estate agent she is the one to go to. During this pandemic she helped us find the perfect home for our family and she was so welcoming to us and our family. She is so kind hearted and honest. She truly made our first home purchase a smooth one. I was scared about this move and her honesty about the homes we visited meant a lot to me and helped us make the best choice for our family. She goes above and beyond. Kate if you can see/read this the Rodriguez family truly appreciates all that you have done for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kate for 5 years to find the perfect property. She was very patient with our indecisiveness and never rushed us. Over the years we became friends and we're glad to say that I finally closed on a house she helped us find. She was there for us through every step of the process and was always available to talk. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I purchased a home from Kate in 2014. We had gone through a few realtors before choosing her. She is knowledgeable, experienced and extremely patient. Kate has great knowledge of the area and was able to answer every question we had. After viewing a dozen or more homes that we chose, Kate sent us the listing for what turned out to be our future home. Once we saw it, we knew it was the best choice for us. Kate made the process of purchasing our home a priority and everything went smoothly thanks to her. We recommend her to all of our friends looking for homes also and there hasn't ever been a complaint. :)

ZillowVERIFIED She made the process of buying a home very easy and simple. We were looking for a home for close to year with another Realtor and got nowhere. As soon as we connected with Kate we found a home that we love and were able to finish the process in an efficient manner and we couldn't be happier with the result.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was nothing short of outstanding throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions and my personality is to dig into all the detail and ask lots of questions. Kate was patient, responsive and highly knowledgeable at every single step. She's a calm and steady presence to have on your side, even when things get stressful. Kate expertly guided me through my negotiation and our offer turned out to be right on the mark. Aside from her expertise, she's also just so lovely to work with. We became fast friends and plan to keep in regular touch as I settle into my new home on Greenwood Lake. I would recommend Kate 100% to any buyer or seller looking for the best of the best in this area. Bravo Kate!

ZillowVERIFIED Well , where to start ?? our 2 year housing search finally ended ( i had a second mortgage that had to come off the books ) . Unperturbed by this news Kate continued to make herself available weekend after weekend for 18 months until we finally closed on our new home end of August . Not once did she complain or cancel even though we did a complete 360 on what we thought we initially wanted . To this day she continues to contact seller on our behalf for any issues or questions that arise . She has become a great friend and is a great ambassador for her profession .

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was very helpful and took the time to fully explain the process of buying and selling a home to us. My husband and I were very impressed with her patience and knowledge of the area. Kate was friendly and always made us feel comfortable. We never felt rushed or pressured which was important to us. We were initially seeking a house in the town of Chester near Sugarloaf, NY, but changed our mind about relocating at this time.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was extremely helpful to me with my inquiries about selling our home. Although we have not finalized the decision to sell, I would not go with anyone else. A pleasant and professional woman to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate has a firm hand on the process of home buying. She has experience, follow thru and insight. Trust her to get you home. She has negotiated with less than interested selling brokers on three properties. A professional who works for you be it buyer or seller

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been looking to move to Warwick, NY for over 5 years. When we finally began the search for our future home we were disappointed with our first realtor who always seemed like she had something better to do. We then found Kate and could not have been happier! She took the time to listen to our needs and wants in a home. She is filled with a plethora of information about the area from neighborhoods to schools to local restaurants; there wasnt much she didnt know. Kate also knew appropriate pricing for area homes which allowed us to make sure we weren't over spending. After much patience (we often beought our 2 little boys with us) and time, Kate found us our home. She went above & beyond to make sure we made it to the closing. We couldnt be happier and would not be where we are today if it was for Kate. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate represented my wife and I as buyers for the purchase of our first home in Warwick, NY. She was very patient with us and showed us many homes over a period of several months until we found the perfect spot. Two years later Kate helped me find an income producing apartment building to buy as an investment. Since then, she has helped me list and rent the apartments when they become vacant and she has always found new quality tenants quickly. Recently, we referred Kate to some friends for whom she found a great home in Warwick. Kate works very hard for her clients, she has lots of experience and connections in the area, she is always responsive and she is a true professional. I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped my wife and I buy our first house in Orange County. She was a joy to work with, especially with two young children in tow and with my busy schedule (I am a new physician and was working full time in NJ when we were looking for a home), she was always professional, prompt, well informed and very helpful. We were on a tight schedule to buy and move and Kate went to work for us right away! When we had issues during the purchase process she was there to help smooth things over.We really enjoyed working with Kate and I can't imagine we would have purchased our house on time and under the conditions we needed without her. She was such a great help, if we ever move again we will absolutely use her without a second thought.
