Kate Ward has proudly called St. Lucie County home since 1986, when her family relocated from Wilmington, Delaware to Fort Pierce. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University and a former educator, Kate grew up in White City and has deep local roots that offer invaluable insight into the Treasure Coast real estate market. I'm passionate about giving back to the community I call home. I'm actively involved with 4-H, supporting youth development and agricultural education, and I volunteer with the Humane Society, advocating for the care and well-being of animals in need.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I enjoy reading, relaxing at the beach, traveling to new places, and spending time with our pets. These passions keep me energized and inspired, both in my personal life and in my career helping clients find their perfect home.

FAMILY

I live in beautiful Fort Pierce, FL, with my husband, Peter, who is also a real estate professional. We have two wonderful children -- our daughter Remy, 18, is an avid horse rider beginning her first year of college with dreams of becoming a large-animal veterinarian, and our son Luke, 14, is starting his freshman year of high school, joining the wrestling team, and participating in the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical program. Our family also includes a lively crew of four cats, two dogs, and one beloved horse, making our home as full of love (and activity!) as it is full of life.
