ZillowVERIFIED Kate is a fantastic realtor who was able to book several showings and sell my house within 3 weeks. The realtor before her spent six long months with no results. The difference was like night and day. Kate can get things done quickly and professionally, always keeping your best interests in mind. I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a second!

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Kate Seemann? If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a house, look no further! My husband and I were looking to buy a house in Buffalo Grove this year and being new to the area we needed someone who could guide us. From the get-go Kates knowledge of local real estate market was a great asset as she was able to narrow our search by the house type, school district and area amenities that suite our familys needs. Kate was very professional, prompt and friendly, we were always updated as soon as new properties hit the market. Her hard work, expertise and responsiveness really helped make it easy for us to choose the right home. And thanks to her guidance and advice during negotiation and closing, I feel very comfortable that we got a great deal on a great property. Even after closing, Kate and her network continue to be a great asset for us in selecting service providers and contractors. Kate is a rare combination of caring and competence. We now consider Kate a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home in North Western suburbs of Chicago.

ZillowVERIFIED Searching Zillow, I found Kate due to her excellent reviews. I flew in from out of state and she met me at my dad's property on Saturday. Monday, she had professional images taken, added computer generated furnishings that made the place look great, and listed the property everywhere. Wednesday we had an offer and are hoping to close in 3 weeks. Thanks Kate, you're Great!

ZillowVERIFIED Even coming in to the initial meeting, Kate had already researched the property, market, looked at older pictures, etc., and without any delay, told us of quick improvements that could be done, to show our home better, and to help sell it quickly. The price was also set realistically and we ended up losing far less that what we had expected, due to a bad market area and not a seller's time. The entire process was complete within 12 weeks, just like she had promised. The staging pictures online were VERY impressive, and that sold us to get Kate to help us sell our property! She worked very well with us, even during family emergencies when we had to go out of the country, etc. She is AMAZING! Thanks so much Kate!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate Seemann is a true professional. She was very knowledgeable of the area and comparable listings, she provided constructive advice on how to show my home to prospective buyers. She was not pushy, listened to my concerns and provided all the information to put me at ease. She worked hard to sell my home for a reasonable price in a timely manner. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood her game plan. She always followed up with me and never left me in the dark. Kate is a realtor I would recommend to others.

From the sale of one property to the purchase of another, Kate was in my corner guiding me every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Kate has been extremely helpful in both helping me find a home as well as selling my home. She was knowledgeable about the market and locations that I was interested in and provided some great insight throughout the search process. Kate took the time to learn the features that were most important to me and worked hard to make sure that my criteria were met. She was flexible with her time and never made me feel rushed. When it was time to sell my home we had great some dialog regarding sales strategies and ultimately the optimum selling price - which in the end worked out nicely. After what could be a very stressful step in a person's life, I feel like I truly made the best choice in using Kate as my realtor. She sincerely has earned my respect.

We looked at number of homes and she knew exactly what we looking for right after the first one. The home we liked needed the updates and the inspection unveil a few issues that needed to be taken care of right away. Kate was great coordinating and resolving the issues with the sellers. ZillowVERIFIED I tried to sell house by owner for over a year. Kate saw for sale sign and contacted me about listing property. She presented benefits of listing with broker and how confident she was that she could sell house quickly. I listened but thought I could still sell by owner. She was persistent and followed up with periodic calls, information and literature about the market and other properties in the area. After having two offers fall through I decided to list house with her. She had a qualified offer/buyer in about six weeks. She was very helpful and thorough in handling details and answering questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her.

She has shown her professionalism in every step of the way.During our home selection process, Kate made it convenient for us to view homes whether it was during the day, night, weekdays, or on weekends. She was never hesitant to point out the positive as well as the negative features in each house we saw always keeping in mind what we were looking for in a home. Once we found the the house we liked she did an excellent job in performing a market analysis, recommending a fair offer, presenting the offer, and negotiating with the seller. ZillowVERIFIED We were matched with Kate through our loan officer, and she helped us get the home finding process going very quickly- within an hour of our pre-approval coming through! This was our first experience with a single-family home in Illinois, so Kate was very patient with all of our questions and walked us through every step of the process. She was always accessible via phone, text, and e-mail and responded very quickly. Kate is very low-pressure and honest about what she sees in homes, details that we would never have noticed. As we filtered through home listings and flagged which ones we wanted to see, she would cross-reference them with our must-haves and let us know- "This one has no basement" or "The kitchen in this one is tiny." It saved us a lot of time from seeing homes that would not work for us. We would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to buy a new condo, one of my friends recommended me to Kate Seemann for my real estate needs. I did so and was not disappointed at all. Kate happened to be a very friendly, but most of all deeply knowledgeable of the area and very understanding of my special requirements pertaining to a new condo. Almost immediately, she presented me with a few properties and within less than a week, I found exactly the place I would call home. Kate happened to be a very skillful negotiator and helped me to buy my new home for the very best price. I am very grateful to Kate for her valuable support and soon reach out to her for assistance in renting my old house. Certainly I'll recommend Mrs K. Seemann's service to all my acquaintances.
