ZillowVERIFIEDWe decided to sell our home pretty quickly after a family change. Kate was recommended to us by a professional colleague. After a quick call, she agreed to take our listing and we were live within 2 days. She moved swiftly and gave us honest advice about pricing and negotiations. We were able to close on the sale within 60 days of going live at top price. Shes very responsive and keeps you in the loop. Id recommend Kate to anyone looking to sell (or buy)!

We reached out to Kate in August of 2021 after finding out we were moving to Clovis. After that first phone call, I absolutely knew we were in good hands. She took 100% care of us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome in our new community. Kate did not push us to buy letting us take our time to make the right pick for our family. She assisted us through the buying gauntlet and ensured our best interest was always at the forefront. She selflessly made herself available 24/7 for any questions or issues big or small. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Top-Notch customer service and made buying a breeze! Thanks again Kate!

ZillowVERIFIED This is my first time buying a house and I was 100% happy with my experience with Kate. She is very personable and knowledgeable in her field. She was helping me along the entire time and when I didn't know what to do next, she was right there with the answer. Very professional and quick to respond when I needed her. I never felt like I was alone in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate has been so supportive and caring in helping me find a new home. It has been a long process because of personal reasons but she's stuck with me. I was able to finally find the right place to call home again.

ZillowVERIFIED She has been amazing! She didnt try to push us into a house we were unsure of. She was very patient with us as we made our decisions. She made herself available for showings even after hours. When you walk away from a business deal with a new friend, that says it all! Thank you Kate for everything!
