In our initial meeting, she was attentive to our desires for a house and walked us through the buying process. She promptly answered our calls or texts at any point in the day/week which was very important because we purchased during the COVID epidemic and everything was up in the air. Kate went with us to see a few potential homes and had an keen eye to point out the positive and negative aspects of the properties. With her many years of experience, she was upfront and truthful about if a property was worth purchasing- and even talked us out of 2 homes! When we finally found the perfect house we wanted to put an offer in for, she worked seamlessly with the other agents and the attorneys to adjust the pricing so we only had the simple task of signing forms. My husband and I fully recommend Kate as a buyers agent- we wouldnt have been able to do this process without her.

ZillowVERIFIED We've worked with Kate twice now and each time she has gone above and beyond as a realtor. She helped us to understand the crazy market when we were buying our first condo, so we had an accepted offer in under a month of looking. Coming from Boston, we didn't know the North Shore well at all, but Kate knows all the neighborhoods and their quirks and helped us make the right decision for us. We've also liked working with each contact she has suggested for us (home inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer). As our seller's agent, she really made our listing shine and sold our condo within a week. She's clear, communicative, friendly, and made us feel safe buying and selling during a pandemic. She was just as helpful representing us on the buying side this time around--she got us a lot of info on houses so that we could decide if we wanted to go see them in person, and, if we did, scheduled appointments really quickly. We trusted her instincts on houses completely, which made the whole process easier. While I'm sure there are a lot of great realtors on the North Shore, we wouldn't use any other!

She was put to the challenge because I was closing on my old home and new home at the same time. She had 3 weeks to work with the agents, financial lender, help me schedule a home inspection, finalize a PSA and negotiate the deal. She did it all in record time.
