We were relocating from Rapid City and had to sell our old house and find a new one on a crazy compressed timeline, and Kate never once made it feel like a fire drill. She listened to what we actually wanted, was patient through every single showing, and stayed three steps ahead of us on anything that came up (inspection stuff included). She just gets it, and she genuinely cares about getting you into the right home, not just any home. We landed in a place we love and honestly don't know how we'd have pulled it off without her.
