Kate was an exceptional real estate agent to work with in the buying and selling of our first home. We highly recommend Kate and her team at Kaufman in New Philadelphia. Her understanding of the process and clear and concise explanations made the buying and selling process easy. Kate was cognizant of our feelings as first time home-buyers/sellers as she guided us through the hoops of real estate, all the while ensuring we were able to understand and absorb the moments along the way. She was friendly, incredibly responsive, and brought a lot of information to the table when it came time to negotiate and enter the market on the sale end.

Kate helped me buy my first and second houses. She helped me sell my first house when I was ready to move. Kate also helped me sell a tract of vacant land through auction. She is an expert. She knows the ins and outs of selling and buying and will deliver results.

Kate is the agent you need for your real estate transaction. Shes professional, reliable, trustworthy and a hard worker for you. She does her homework. We listed a rental property with her. It was sold in 3 days at full asking price. Closing date as promised. Smooth sailing with Kate as your agent. Highly recommended.

When looking for an agent, we were wanting someone who was professional, experienced, and who we knew would be working for us, not just for a commission. Thats exactly what you get when you hire Kate Overton to work for you! Based on a recommendation from one of Tuscarawas Countys most well-known and successful realtors, we contacted Kate and she immediately responded to us. What a nice experience we had working with her! Not only was she professional, she was never pushy, trying to make a aEURoequick saleaEUR? and then move on. She spent time with us, making appointments to view properties when it worked best for our schedule, not hers. Always available, a good communicator, and a relaxed demeanor. You wont regret having Kate as your realtor!

She was very helpful every step of the process of purchasing my house. I had a lender that wasn't local. We both struggled with correspondence from them. She put my anxiety at ease dealing with my purchase. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I was very thankful to have Kate through our buying process. We ran into multiple obstacles that would have easily made me lose my patience and Kate was able to take care of each detail of our purchase.

We have lived in Nashville for the past 12 years. We decided to move back to Ohio, that's 500 miles away. Kate worked extremely hard for us and it wasn't easy. Limited inventory. Sadly, less than professional photography seems to be the standard in this market making it much more difficult to find a home that we were even interested in. Kate never gave up and never seemed aggravated at my repeated texts with questions. She accommodated my request to let a good friend of mine walk through for another set of eyes. When we decided to make our offer, we found a potential issue and we had to modify our offer. Kate listened to our concerns and presented them to the owner's agent, and it was accepted. 90 days, that's how long it took to find a home and make an offer. We've been in for three weeks now and we are so happy with our "new to us" home. Call Kate, you will be glad you did. We are!
