ZillowVERIFIEDWOW! Having sold our house in Atlanta suburbs so quickly, we were in a hurry to find a home. We found Kate through a Zillow search/inquiry and hit the jackpot!Kate was so responsive and went the extra mile to look at homes for us as we were 10 hours away. Knowledgeable, professional, caring, hardworking are just some of Kate's attributes. She takes her job seriously and values those she works with. She helped us find the right home and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Kate and thanks Zillow for connecting us.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped us purchase a home from several states away during a global pandemic. There were many challenges to navigate and she went above and beyond to steer us through them all. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting with Kate she listented intently to the wish list for our new home. After showing us the initial property that got us together we listed our current home for sale with Kate right away. We were already confident in Kate's ability to sell. She was energetic and marketed the house aggressively. The house sold within 48 hours. The following morning she called with a soon to be listed home in our targeted neighborhood. It ticked off all the boxes. Her awareness of our needs connected us to this property which we now call HOME. All along the way as things came up Kate's " I've got this" managed the few bumps in the road and got us to the finish line. We are happy to recommend Kate as a premier agent and we're so happy to have met a new friend. Phil & Kathie G

ZillowVERIFIED Kate sold 2 properties for me.l and helped us buy a home. The paperwork was horrendous due to my situation. Kate went well above and beyond to make sure everything happened correctly and on time. If you need a realtor, I strongly recommend Kate.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers, so we knew nothing besides what we had seen on HGTV. Kate was above and beyond!! She explained everything to us, walked us through every single little step and was available what seemed like 24/7. I have recommended her to several of my friends! She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We where beyond pleased with Kate's expertise. She listed our house and obtained 7 offers within 12 hours. We even ended up accepting an offer over list price. I highly recommend Kate to anyone who wants the headache of selling/ buying eliminated.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate Mellen is the best, the very best realtor with whom I have ever worked. She is what I call a mover and a shaker. For me as an investor, Kate worked her tail off educating me and finding good investment properties in a seller's market. She also is well-connected and made introductions between me and some of the best business partners in the Indy real estate industry. As they say, birds of a feather flock together. It is true.IMHO you cannot do better than Kate Mellen whether you are buying or selling. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL HER!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate showed me several homes and she figured out quickly what my style was. She listened to what I said I liked and didn't like and on only the third group of houses she showed me, I found my home. She answered my questions and asked other listing agents for any information I needed in making my decision. She was also great at communicating any changes that came up with listings I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Kate, she was great to work with!
