Review

Kate Gingery is an amazing realtor. This was our first time selling a home and looking back we are so thankful we went with Kate. Before selling, we had no idea how important it is to have a realtor you are comfortable with and one you feel you can contact easily. We were communicating through the entire process: texts, emails, calls, and if we were not comfortable with our sellers agent this process would have felt very different. We interviewed a few realtors before selecting a realtor to sell our home and what set Kate apart was her kindness, humility and organization. She came into the first meeting prepared and was not pushy with wanting our sale, but was very competent in the local market and process. Once we decided to work with her, she gave us an outline of what the coming month would look like and was happy to answer our many many questions. Kate is very responsive, knowledgeable, a great negotiator and very professional. Our home in Grand Ledge, Michigan was sold for over listing price and sold very quickly. Kate created a beautiful listing of our home (pics, description, professional quality/staging), and helped make our listing desirable ? which it was! If you?re looking to sell, hire Kate! We enjoyed working with her so much we felt like we gained a friend.
