ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second time I could use Kate Esposito as my realtor, this time in the seller's capacity. I was hoping to get as much as possible for my home since I'm retired and it's my biggest asset. The day of the pictures came and Kate was able to get the best photographs to highlight my home which yielded 30 families touring my home and resulted in an offer that I accepted. I couldn't be more pleased with everything that transpired in the sale of my home! I highly recommend Kate Esposito for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED 10/10 Kate Esposito is the realtor to contact if you want results!! My husband and I were searching for a home when the market got turned upside down due to the pandemic- Kate did not flinch and got us showings within hours of houses coming onto the market. She was able to accommodate both of our schedules while also emphasizing how quickly houses were moving: even when it meant showing houses after dark. Once we found the one (within 24 hours of listing) she clearly guided us through the process of making a competitive offer and winning a bidding war without overpaying. She was able to answer all of our questions every step of the way, and her knowledge and insight shone through the inspection and closing process. THANK YOU Kate for going above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED I had been thinking about buying my first home, which can be a scary process. Let alone, we were in the midst of a pandemic and my current lease was expiring. Kate understood my situation and within a day or two, she had lined up appointments! It took my a bit to find what I was looking but during the home search Kate always met me with patience, guidance, and a warm, friendly smile. Well I'm happy to report that Kate did help me find my home - and I couldn't have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was phenomenal to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to 99% of our questions and if she didn't have it she knew exactly who to call to get it. We called her multiple times throughout the process and Kate was always available and helpful. She acted fast but wasn't pushy and was great at knowing what we wanted in a house. We would highly recommend Kate (and already have)!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped me in the process of seeing homes and the purchase of my home. She was knowledgeable in all steps of the process. As we walked through homes she spoke of issues she was seeing and the likely cost. When it came to the purchase of the home Kate did research and talked me through the options of what to offer and accept. She was available to answer any questions larger or small through out and after the process. It was a delightful and painless experience as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate is a top-notch realtor. I was not from the area and had to find an apartment from 2,000+ miles across the U.S. I had tried doing business with a couple realtors before finding Kate, but these experiences involved a lot of let downs. I can say that Kate is a very hard worker, keeps her word, finds what you're looking for, responds promptly, and manages logistical aspects of the renting market with ease, making your transition as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Kate and the company she works for!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time home/condo-buyer there was a lot that I didn't know. Kate was incredibly helpful through every step of the process. She gave me very useful advice during the tours, while making offers and during negotiations. She is very approachable and always responded very quickly. I was even out of town during some very crucial moments and she helped me plan to keep things moving forward while I was away. ZillowVERIFIED Choosing to work with Kate Esposito of the Susan Santoro Group was a home run. Mike and I were able to find our dream home with Kate's help. She went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for with the parameters we set. Our schedules were constantly changing and not easy to deal with, and Kate accommodated us with no issues. She knew what questions to ask, was very knowledgeable and prepared for the questions that we did ask, and gave valuable insight into the homes we toured. Kate worked tirelessly to make our first home buying experience seamless, and we are highly satisfied homeowners as a result. We would not have been able to achieve the results that we did without an agent like Kate who constantly had us in the back of her mind.

She provided a search of the area based on my needs and was very responsive in giving advice on narrowing down the candidates. She helped organize a tour of final properties, during which she made clear how knowledgeable she was of the area. After deciding on a choice, she made the application process go very smoothly and made sure to check in as the lease was being drawn up.

ZillowVERIFIED great job with pictures and write up - very easy to work with - I knew that my beginning asking price was mildly aggressive, but that did not hinder Kate from doing her best to sell it at the price I requested even though she may have thought a lower price might be more effective.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was wonderful. She was very easy to work with and replied quickly to calls, texts, and emails. She did a great job with staging and photos. I really appreciated that she attended all of the showings instead of having a lock box and having strangers alone in the house. I initially listed higher than she recommended; once i dropped to the price she had originally suggested, it sold within a few days.
