My name is Kate Esposito. I am an experienced Real Estate agent with Press/Cuozzo Realtors and The Susan Santoro Group. I pride myself on delivering first class service to my clients in the towns of Hamden, Wallingford, New Haven, Cheshire, North Haven, Branford, Guilford, East Haven, West Haven, Milford and surrounding communities. I work with both buyers and sellers helping families, first-time home buyers, and people looking to downsize find their perfect homes. I prioritize personal service and dedicated hard work to get my clients homes sold. My career started as a leasing professional where I gained experience in multi-family investment properties as well as leasing and rentals. Real estate is my full time career and I have been a member of the Top Producing Susan Santoro group since 2013. Since we formed this group we have been named Top Realtor Group in New Haven County by New Haven Living. I have earned the FIVE STAR Professional Rising Star Realtor Award from Connecticut Magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2018. When I am not selling homes I am an avid runner and cross-fitter who participates in races for charities on many weekends.

I annually fundraise for JDRF and participate in the walk. I also volunteer at Ronald Macdonald House in New Haven and have been a volunteer coach at Girls on the Run

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I am an avid runner and have raced all distances from 1 mile to the marathon. I also am a member at a local Crossfit gym

This is the second time I could use Kate Esposito as my realtor, this time in the seller's capacity. I was hoping to get as much as possible for my home since I'm retired and it's my biggest asset. The day of the pictures came and Kate was able to get the best photographs to highlight my home which yielded 30 families touring my home and resulted in an offer that I accepted. Katie was amazing through the entirety of our house hunting. We started looking during a pandemic, when real estate was at its most competitive. This did not deter Katie, and when we were feeling helpless about our search, she did not give up and refused to let us give up. She was willing to meet later at night, due to our work schedules. She takes the time to get to know what someone is looking for in a house, and her hunches were always spot on. She booked houses to show us that she thought we would like, and the one we ended up buying was one of her picks. We hit quite a few hiccups along the way, especially during our home buying process, but Katie stepped up and did everything she could to secure the house we now call our home.
