ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the start has been very, very helpful in answering questions about what to expect and when. On top of being easy to talk to about the process from both sides as she is professionally guided us is through the sale and purchase. Always able to keep up on the notification part with having animals it has been a much needed part of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED TJ is a top of the line realtor! He has been professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout our whole process! We have learned so much from TJ and would be lost without him. Not only has he helped our family find our forever home, he helped a new family to find our current home. TJs cool and collected personality helped eased our worries with any challenges that came about. I would recommend TJ every time!

ZillowVERIFIED TJ is an incredible asset to have when selling your home. His knowledge of the real estate industry and market was amazing when working to sell our home. He monitors market trends closely, which helped us to get the most out of our home as sellers in a timely manner. On a more personal note, I also appreciated his calm demeanor when my nerves were high during the process of prepping and selling our home. We would highly recommend him to others and will use him again in the future. He is aiding us in the process of building a new home as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate is an amazing broker with many years of experience. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and an overall great person. She is currently helping us with a land purchase which, with out her, we would be lost. I highly recommend Kate for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED outstanding agent. very professional and knowledgable. she predicted very accurately what price my property should be priced at and how quickly it would sell. offers began immediately and went well beyond the asking price. she also advised which offer to accept that would benefit me the most. her team of associates also did an excellent job of handling the open house and getting forms to me to sign and answering my questions.

ZillowVERIFIED She alway made time for looking at place which I didn't feel with the previous realtor. She was honest about things that were questionable for example express it might not pass code. If I had questions it was her goals to find the answer by the end of the day. Pleasure doing business with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was such a great resource throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be daunting, but Kate is so very knowledgeable in every aspect that she put my mind at ease. Working with her was the best decision we could have made when entering the home buying process.
