Review Just bought our second house and sold our first one with Kate. She got us such an insanely good deal on our first home that we doubled our money when we sold it. Shes relentless and will do whatever it takes to get your deal pushed through. When soil testing got held up at our new house and was delaying closing she called the county on our behalf- the process concluded less than a week later. Shes extremely responsive and knows people who can help you with literally anything. She makes a brutal process a lot easier. No question wed use her again if we moved.

Review Lets be honest- this current real estate market is insane when it comes to buying a home. You need someone who not only knows the area you desire to buy in, but also someone who can help advise you when there are other players in the game. I had heard about intense bidding wars and open houses with lines out the door and around the block. I had heard about crazy offers that waived everything, and I heard about frustrated buyers who kept losing out on houses. All of this turned out to be true in this market. But not once did I feel like our realtor, Craig, wasnt fighting for us and working to help us secure a home for our family. To top it off, we needed him to be our eyes and ears in each house showing since we are relocating from out of state. We knew the chances of us being able to travel and see the potential home in person before it would be bought were very small. Trust is key. Craig kept us abreast of every situation and gave us his honest opinion. He carefully walked us through the process for signing offers and contracts. You could tell this was definitely his expertise, and he effortlessly explained things. Fourth time was a charm for our family, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you, Craig!

Review We love Cranbury township and decided to settle our home there. We met Kate in the house she is the listing agent. The house is a back-to-market house with all inspections completed. Kate provided all the inspection results and explanation, and we are happy to have her representing us as well. Through the lengthy negotiation processes, Kate is very patient and supportive, and helped properly address our concerns and conveyed our needs to the seller, and eventually nailed down a deal. She also suggested/provided the resources for attorney review, home inspections, renovation, electrical, handyman, contractors...She is very responsive and helped confirm all the agreed-to-be-fixed items are eventually fixing to a satisfactory status. Additionally, she accommodated my several visiting requests to the house as I was planning to start renovation right after closing. Overall, we are very happy about the entire process, and Kate is definitely the key factor.

The photographer Kate works with took excellent photos of the house and the property. The listing was live the day after we were ready to go to market and the postcards mailed within the first week of listing. An open house was held the same weekend. Though our house was one of the largest in our area, as well as one of the most expensive listings in the town, we had an offer by the end of the first month on the market and closed in three. Our buyers were motivated, but the transaction hit a snag once or twice. In every instance, I was able to reach Kate either by phone or text to address the issues that arose and find a solution.
