When I first contacted Kate, I told her being able to sign the listing agreement would be protracted. The sale of my mother-in-law's house fortunately didn't take long even in the market of Fall 2022. Kate handled everything from coordinating the junk company to bringing in the handyman to purchasing much-needed drapes, rods and a light for the dining room - of course we paid for everything but I was so stressed thinking I would have to do the coordination. And she held my hand and communicated throughout. She is the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped us purchase our home in Sebastopol. This was a big move for us as neither my husband nor I have ever lived in a rural community. Kate helped us navigate a new world of septic tanks and wells. She was proactive in sending us new homes that hit the market that met our criteria. When we found the property we could call home she did an excellent job in making sure our bid was successful. The selling agent pointed out that she was the only agent that called him before submitting the bid. This allowed her to get some good intel that worked to our advantage. Importantly, Kate's service didn't end when the sale closed. Kate continues to be an excellent resource for information and referrals in our new community. If we need something done Kate's probably got a person that does it. I highly recommend Kate if you're looking to purchase a home in Sonoma County.
