My husband and I were moving from New Jersey to Oklahoma City on military PCS orders, which meant we were working with a pretty tight timeline while also trying to navigate buying a home for the very first time. From the beginning, they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel so easy and manageable. They listened to exactly what we were looking for, respected our budget, worked around our timeline, and made sure we never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Being first-time homebuyers, we had what felt like a million questions (and probably some very silly ones), but they never once made us feel like a bother. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner. What meant the most to us was how genuinely supported we felt throughout the entire process. Moving halfway across the country on military orders comes with enough stress on its own, and somehow buying our first home ended up being one of the smoothest parts of the entire move. I was quickly connected with Kat, and she gave me a call right then (at 9pm!) to set up a plan for our short house hunting trip. Caitlin spent her entire weekend with us at showings, and gave really great advice on potential red flags of some of the houses we were considering. When you are in a rush, sometimes it is easy to look over those things, so we really appreciated her guidance and advice. We were able to be under contract with a home we loved by the time we left! Caitlin and Kat were both so helpful throughout the process of closing remotely, and attended all of the walkthroughs of our new build with a fine tooth comb, to make sure nothing was missed! We fell in love with them from the very first phone call, which was with a time difference and after business hours and across three different devices! They made sure I was knowable about the area. They also took amazing videos because I was not about to see the house in person before signing. Lastly, when it came to signing day my family was driving into town and our car broke down. We were over an hour away and no Lyft, cab, Uber, or rent a cars were available in the area.
