Kat was amazing! There were a lot of unexpected hiccups that we could not have predicted. Kat stuck with me and offered lots of encouragement. She was willing to do lots of legwork that went beyond what anyone would expect. I highly recommend her!

Kat was super attentive and listened to everything. She made sure all the houses we looked at checked all of our boxes. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and most all caring. I hope to be in my forever home, but if not Kat will be my first call.

Let me start off by saying that Kat is awesome. She was amazing to work with. Whether you are purchasing a home or selling a home, she is the one to go to with her knowledge in the housing market. She was always available anytime we needed to talk to her or had questions. She went above and beyond as a realtor and helping us to sell our property in South Carolina. I highly recommend Kat.

Kat help me with everything as I was out of state, she sent me text messages or emails with the paperwork I needed to fill out. She took the time to help me to understand what I had to do or not to do. She let me know when someone put in an offer no matter how small for me to approve or disapprove. She told me what I had to fix. Whenever I had a question she was right there. Thank you Kat for everything.
