ZillowVERIFIEDKassidy worked for over 2 years to find the perfect house for me and my husband. When it came time to put in an offer she worked hard to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. She went above and beyond to make this process as easy as buying a home can be. I would highly recommend using Kassidy as your realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDKassidy was the ultimate agent for our family. I cannot emphasize how much she put her all into helping us find the home of our dreams! Knowing she was a school teacher prior to being in real estate- she has quite the toolbox of skills in her back pocket. When it came time to sell our home - wow. She took on a huge job helping us navigate getting top dollar for our home. She helped stage. She gave honest recommendation on Reno ideas after it sat on market for a few weeks. Kassidy even came over to help dust blinds and give everything a once over before listing photos! She simply went above and beyond. Then when it came down to the paper work of the sell, she NAILED negotiations when things came down to the wire. If we ever decide to move again - (which wont be anytime soon now that were in the house of our dreams!) we will call her up! You should do the same! Bonus bonus: she gifted us with a house cleaner for the detail clean out after we moved out our things. That was such a treat after the hassle of moving our things across the metroplex. Choose Kassidy as your real estate gal. Shes the full package!
