Wow our experience was was next level. Kasi is very knowledgeable, responsive and cares about her clients and their needs. Her knowledge of the home buying process, houses and the research she does before we met for showings & after made the process seem so seamless. Even in this tough marketaEUR| Lastly, we were impressed in her ability to turn us into students. Meaning she really educated us on the process of buying (and we are not first time home buyers) , what we should consider knowing our family dynamics and things to keep in mind if were to sell in the future. Being someone that has an interest in real estate this part alone have me a little sad the process is over ..lol.. because I learn so much in that month. Contact her! Kasi was always on top of the homes and managed to find my dream in a sellers market. She was strategic in finding the home to fit my needs and quick to put together an offer before others could jump on it. She also anticipated my needs, like identifying homes with garages (something that I have found to be necessary). Overall, I am completely satisfied and feel confident I got a great deal on a home with Kasi!
