She had good suggestions for the first few places we checked out at the start and did an amazing job of using feedback to highlight places wed be particularly interested in. She also pointed out some of the more subtle things to look at in a home, like non-obvious rot / water damage, signs of roof damage, etc. When it finally came time to start making offers on our finalist options, her knowledge of what to negotiate for and what concessions wed likely get out of the seller was invaluable, and thats even before suggestions for what we might be able to do to remedy any deficiencies in a home.
