ZillowVERIFIED Our family had a great experience with Kasey and Brooke buying our beach townhouse in La Selva. We had our eye on a specific area. A townhouse came on the market in our price range. We were not going to be able to see the property during the regular open house and Kasey and Brooke got us in the day before the open house to view the property. They made a call to the selling agent and within a few hours we were able to check out the property. We loved it! Kasey and Brooke worked with us to quickly make an offer on the property. They were very professional and ethical throughout the process. The process went so smooth from start to finish. They responded to every question we had. They communicated throughout the process. We asked to see the property several times and they made that happen every time including sending their mom (also a relator) to meet us when we wanted to take measurements. We needed to close within 30 days and they made it happen in 29 days. They both were very knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz area and gave us great information about the area. I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was with Kasey and Brook. I would highly recommend these two for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED In short, the deal would not have gone through without Kasey. We had some zoning issues from the county inspector that occured 30 days before closing. Major issues. We thought the deal was done and the buyers would walk. I honestly thought any other realtor would walk away also as the deal became so messy. Not Kasey. Kasey's sales skills and can-do attitude saved the sale. He got a team of workers, electricians, and landscapers to come in and save the deal. He artfully kept the deal alive and was always honest and open with the buyers and their agents. He spent his own time and effort to get the property ready for sale. He is a great realtor, a great advocate, and an all-around good guy. Can't go wrong with him.

ZillowVERIFIED (I would have listed 5 stars on everything, but I didn't want people to think that I am just throwing out 5 star ratings) To whom it may concern, I was looking for a house to buy in Santa Cruz County. I am a full time single father with 2 children. I make a decent living, but in California, even a decent living makes home buying difficult. That's when I found Kasey. Meeting him and his wife, I immediately knew that I was going to be in good hands. They were very nice and very professional. They didn't even mind that I brought my two kids (7 and 8) to the initial consultation and were just as understanding with them as they have been with me this whole time. Their positivity kept me motivated, but it was their patience and expertise that kept me happy. Oh, did I mention I'm a first time homebuyer? I had questions....A LOT of questions. I had concerns. I was nervous. This is a big deal. What was Kasey's response? Immediate. Every text was answered quickly and respectfully. Lengthier answers got immediate phone calls. I never felt like I was asking a stupid question nor was I ever made to feel that I shouldn't keep asking them. And, more importantly, He never stopped the conversation until he knew that both my question was answered, and I was assured. Yes, he was a good negotiator. Yes, he offered what I asked, and he discussed options when negotiating. And, yes he got me a fair and equitable deal. But these are things, I would expect from all Agents. But it's the other stuff. The personal touches that made Kasey stand out to me. And with his help and guidance, I am now homeowner. And I couldn't be happier. Thank you Kasey, For everything. P.S.
