Karyn went above and beyond to help us. We are active-duty military trying to sell remotely after firing our property management company after they allow the tenants to destroy our property and lack of communication with them about repairs and payments. Karyn had access to all the contractors to ensure the house was ready to be listed in a timely manner and we sold our property for a fair market value price with less than 30 on the market. I will recommend her to everyone that needs someone who is professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field. She does not mind answering phone calls after 8pm and on weekends. She keeps you informed of everything that is happening with the contractors, takes pictures to show work progress. We have been blessed to have her as our realtor.

Where to start, my husband and I have been at this for 3 years. Once we were connected with Kevin everything flew by. We started to look at houses and put in offers he guided us to know what we should and shouldnt do, and when we went with our little ones on house tours he was patience and supportive of our responsibilities as parent and not just potential buyers.
