Also, be patient with the process and work with an experienced agent who can guide you through what may feel overwhelming at first and make it the pleasurable experience it should be!

Remove the emotion from the sale (although I know this is difficult) and work with an experienced agent that will get you the most for your home and council you on how to do so.

I find it hard to discuss just one because of my clients are important to me and I find all my transactions enjoyable. In the last few months I have helped a young family of four buy their dream home, an older family restart and become home owners for the first time in years, and helped a retiring couple sell their home so they can move to be with family. I love all aspects of my job!

I have always been a business owner and customer service oriented person so this just happened naturally.
