ZillowVERIFIEDKaryn Banfield helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Without her, we'd still be looking. She found us a house with everything we wanted and under budget. She saved us a lot of money along the way as well, at least her commissions worth. We can't believe the incredible value she provided us in this transaction. Looking back, we couldn't have done it without her. We would've had to settle for a worse house in a worse neighborhood if it weren't for her. We will always remember and be grateful for Karyn and the amazing work she did for us to get us in our first home.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaryn was a very informative and knowledgeable Realtor. Her professionalism and responsiveness is a cut above the rest! We highly recommend her for any potential buyer or seller!
ZillowVERIFIEDTara and Jeri are excellent buyers agents. Tara extremely patient with me as I have never bid on a HUD property before. I would refer Kooiman Reality and Tara Seis to all my family and friends. My first contact with Kooiman Reality was with Karyn Banfield via e-mail response to ad on property and she kindly referred me to Tara to help me with the HUD process of bidding on a HUD property. I am so happy as they walked me through the process and I won the bid! I know the Tara and crew worked hard to make it happen in rapid time. Thank you Tara and Kooiman Reality Jerry & Little Man too!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaryn was helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of buying our home. I would recommend her service to everyone and endorse her as a great salesperson, real-estate agent. It was her diligence that got us through the process of first time ownership. Sincerely, Char Rhodes 808 421 7846 [email protected]
ZillowVERIFIEDKaryn is very professional and her expertise in negotiating was very helpful in getting the price right when the appraisal came in low. She was on top of all the paperwork and even followed up after the sale when there was a problem with the recording of the deed. She is an expert in foreclosures and short sales, and I plan to use her again when I purchase a rental. I highly recommend her for any real estate dealings.
