Karyl Allen

I am a native of the Prince William County area and was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. My family is four generations deep in the Manassas area so I've seen tremendous growth, both good and bad. After getting married in 1995, my husband and I moved to Gainesville. We raised our two daughters here and they began and completed their education in the Prince William County Schools system. Our oldest daughter graduated from college and moved back to the area to teach first grade. Our youngest is a college student studying to be a dental hygienist and working in a dental office in Centreville. I love that both of our kids have chosen professions that allow them to serve people. I also see my career in real estate as a service business, not a sales business. I began my real estate career in 2005 and have served over 500 families in that time. I have worked with first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers. I have served people who are newlyweds and new parents. I have helped people combining households to care for their parents. I have helped people sell the estate of their parents after they passed away. I have helped people move up to accommodate their growing families and I've helped people downsize their homes after they've raised their children. I participate in the most important parts of people's lives. And I love it! I will be your trusted advisor, combining my vast experience with my hometown expertise. When not selling real estate, I am a volunteer in the local schools and there isn't much I won't do to support local sports leagues. The high school & all-star cheerleading programs have a huge place in my heart. I also take great enjoyment in promoting local businesses and often promote and feature them on social media.
