Upon meeting Karolina we knew she was the one agent who could get our home sold ! She asked us what we as the seller wanted. We wanted a quick as is sale. She didnt blink an eye and got to work ! Her knowledge of the market was aEURoeright on.aEUR? We listed with her May 11th & closed May 27th. She called everyday to let us know how things were going and it was such a relief to have everything done for us except the signing. ZillowVERIFIED Wow where to begin.... Karolina Baker had helped me so much and fought for me more than I would expect. I had trouble with my credit and needed to prepare it for a home loan. Honestly I was about three years off from starting the process. I met Karolina by recommendation of a bank. I made contact with her immediately and the journey started. She remained in contact with me for three years until I was ready to purchase a home. She contacted me every few weeks to check on how I was doing personally and financially. More than I expected from a realtor. When the time came to buy she was a fighter for fairness and was there to offer options but allowed me to make my own decision.
