ZillowVERIFIED My goal before I turned 30 was to own my first house. Karna helped me do that. Since it was my first home purchase, there was quite the learning curve and I appreciated her patience with me. She had the basics mastered of course; super quick responsiveness, open and honest, expert advice, timely with appointments and answering questions, etc. However... where she stood out the most was when we were in the middle of negotiations after results from a property inspection came back less than stellar. There were issues with the sewer system, and both the seller and I got independent quotes. My quote was quite a bit higher and I felt the more realistic. I explained to Karna what I wanted (in terms of pricing) based on the new information from the quotes. The way she summarized the conversation that led to a successful outcome left me truly impressed. She brought, to the Seller's Agent, facts, from not only the quotes, but from who provided the quotes, why their quote wasn't realistic, why mine was realistic, what the alternatives were... She went at the situation from a bunch of angles; In ways that I'm sure I would have stumbled with. I will be working with Karna on future real estate purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Karna both sold a home for me and helped me to find a new one. Originally I had contacted her as I was unhappy with my former agent who failed sell my house while listed for 6 peak months in 2016, leaving me with a "stale" listing. As you know there are no shortage of agents out there looking for your business, but what set her apart immediately were her marketing materials, they were obviously of a higher quality than all the others that were sent. That pretty much set the tone for the entire experience. She met at my convenience in my home and discussed the market, listened to my concerns, and gave realistic valuation, staging, and listing information. She brought in a professional photographer to market the property and created amazing marketing materials for my home. Sadly, she probably spent more time on the marketing than it took to actually sell the house, 5 hrs after we listed we had accepted an offer over ask from a qualified buyer. Now that we had sold our home, we had to find another and pretty quickly too. In a low inventory sellers market, it can be somewhat difficult to find the perfect home let alone successfully compete with other offers, but we looked at many homes with Karna in several different neighborhoods/cities, trying to find the perfect one. In the end, we found a home that checked every box on our list and a few more we didn't have on the list. Karna helped find the perfect home, no compromises, no settling, but of course we ended up in a multiple offer situation. I won't divulge her methods here, but I will say that she was able to think outside the box and get our offer accepted at a great price (much less than we were willing to spend and probably would have spent without her negotiating skills). Thanks Karna, I can't recommend you enough.
