We had such a wonderful experience with Karmen that we not only used her to sell our home, but also called her when we were ready to buy 9 months later after traveling. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about the process. The home selling side was a breeze. The pictures that were taken for marketing were amazing and she gave us perfect guidance on pricing. We had an offer within 72 hours! On the home buying side of things, when we found homes we were interested in seeing, she was able to take us promptly to tour them. When we found the home we liked, she helped us decide on a good offer and walked us through all the steps that followed. I highly recommend Karmen! She was absolutely amazing. I had a home that needed to be sold aEURoeas isaEUR?, sooner being better than later. We were under no delusions regarding the state of it, as its condition had been in decline for a number of years. We had a revision to the initial offering price, then a flood of offers that resulted in a sale at a premium (more than what was asked), all within a period of about two weeks. Simply incredible. She kept me updated constantly and was never out of reach at any time. She is personally charming and instantly makes you feel comfortable that you are doing business with the right person; there is no one else I would want to sell (or buy) a home with.
