ZillowVERIFIEDI am someone who has done many real estate transactions. I can honestly say Karly is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of working with. In a market that is very busy and most realtors are swamped you will find plenty that dont have your best interests in mind. They are just trying to move from deal to deal. The property I purchased with Karly was a difficult and involved contract and closing and she was a rockstar. I wouldnt recommend anyone else in this market. Id like to add that I was an out of state buyer and the first property I called her on she flat out told me that it was not a smart buy. That sealed it for me. ZillowVERIFIEDOur initial contact with Karly was at the recommendation of a neighbor. She promptly contacted us offering her help in selling our cabin. In a few days, Karly got back with us and before even signing a realtor contract started looking a sales of similar property to give us a ballpark estimate of a possible sales price. We then quickly decided we wanted her representing us and asked to her send us an agent contract. Within a day or two she had a couple of prospective buyers and a recommended selling price. Before it was even listed we had a contract at our selling price but the buyer backed out at the last minute.
