Review It has taken me some time to write this review, as I truly don't feel like I will be able to find words adequate enough to describe what an amazing experience it has been working with Karlie. When the decision was made to sell my home in Templeton, I wasn't familiar with any realtors in the area and didn't know where to even begin looking for the perfect fit. I am a member of a local mom group on social media so I started there to see what other people's recommendations were. There was an overwhelming amount of other moms recommending Karlie above anyone else, so it seemed like a no brainer to reach out to her and see if she would be a good fit for my family too. Within just a few minutes of me sending her a message, she responded. I reached out to her on a Friday with the hope of meeting and discussing the sale of the house as soon as possible. At the time, I was almost 6 months pregnant and time was not of the essence to begin the process of listing. However, it was a Friday and I expected that I'd have to wait until at least Monday. I was wrong. Karlie immediately offered to meet with me later that day, over the weekend, or the following week (if that was better). We decided to connect later that day and from that point forward, I couldn't have been in better hands. Karlie is genuinely one of the most caring, kind, professional, communicative, understanding, responsive, intelligent, motivated, proactive, and honest people I've ever had the chance of knowing. Not to mention, her attention to detail and organizational skills are out of this world. Throughout the process, there was not a single question that she could not answer, or was not willing/able to find the answer to. From start to finish, it took 2 months to list, show, sell, and close. I was very doubtful that closing would even be possible before baby was born, but Karlie made it happen with enough time to spare, and settle. As a very busy and tired mom of 3 year old twins and a 1 year old, I needed someone on my team who wasn't afraid to put in the work. Karlie not only put the work in, but she went above and beyond.
