Review To know Karla is to have confidence in her. Before I contacted Karla I read reviews of many realtors. She had many extremely positive reviews as well as the sales statistics to back them up. After walking through my house she made some suggestions for improving the appearance of my home, and we agreed on a listing price. I took her advice, made the largely cosmetic improvements, and Karla and her team took it from there. Stunning photos were taken of the house and Karla and her team strategically placed them in brochures and all the right places on the web. The listing became active on a Thursday afternoon, and by Friday morning I had my first offer. In total over fifty people came to see the house by Saturday night with eight of them making offers. My house sold for a very significant amount over asking price with no inspection. This was beyond my wildest dreams. I couldnt be happier. Karla definitely knows her business and I would recommend her to anyone needing help with real estate. She is not only knowledgeable and caring, but she exudes confidence and trust. She is a pleasure to work with and is always ready to talk with you and answer any questions. There was never a lack of communication.

Review If you want a Sellers agent who is only interested in a fast commission, hire Karla Pinato. We have bought and sold 10+ houses, and have never been dissatisfied with our experience until we worked with Karla. Karla came recommended by a neighbor and started the listing process on our house as expected. But within one week of listing, she was MIA. No updates or check-ins. We had to track her down. The first contract we received was less than ideal aEUR" low offer, concessions, and multiple contingencies. We wanted to reject the offer but Karla insisted we counter. It became clear that Karla did not care what we had to go through or compromise in order to please this Buyer. Ridiculous contingencies, excessive inspections and appointments (for which they were ALWAYS late), and concern with their ability to close.Moreover, we were told several other buyers were very interested in our home, but as soon as they talked to Karla, they decided not to schedule a showing. Why? No reason was ever given to us other than, aEURoethey decided not to look at the house.aEUR? Of the showings we had, all stated the house showed very well and was priced right. The problem was not the property.Throughout negotiations with this difficult Buyer, we received emails from Karla that included emails from the Buyers agent. Certain details that came out would not have been known to the Buyer had Karla not also forwarded our emails directly to the Buyers agent undermining our ability to negotiate. And, whenever we pushed back on yet another demand from the Buyer, Karla repeatedly commented about the aEURoepoor BuyersaEUR?. It was clear she was more interested in advocating for the Buyer than her own clients. Ultimately, our concerns proved to be valid with the Buyer needed multiple extensions to close. This caused considerable hardship for us with our move, put us in a highly unfavorable aEUR" and costly - position with the home we were purchasing. We advised Karla that we would rather lose the contract and start over than continue with this nightmare. Again, Karla refused to listen to our concerns, advocate for our interests, or place our needs above the Buyers. Her only interest was her commission, which she proved by acknowledging the sale with nothing more than a text emoji as soon as money transferred. A real estate agent bears fiduciary duty to her clients. In our experience, Karla failed.
