Look no further! Ive had horrible experiences with realtors until now. Karla really makes you feel like family. She is not pushy and really puts you and your interests first. From contract signing till closing she was there and even after. She really cares and takes pride ensuring her clients are happy. My wife and I purchased a new build and we got updates without having to ask for updates. She ensured we got updates and kept us in the loop. Karla definitely had our backs. Even when we did our pre closing walk thru she was pointed stuff out that my wife and I didnt catch. Any other realtor wouldnt have bothered. Karla was with us every step of the way. I chose the Cedillos team because, during the 1.5 years I lived in Aubrey, I was impressed by their marketing efforts and hard work to get their listed properties sold quickly. In working with the Cedillos team, I had an agent that went above and beyond to help me sell my property. During the process, they provide you with everything you need to have your home stand out in the neighborhood. They provide a professional stager that made my home look like a "Model Home.' Anytime there were revisions to any documents during the purchase and sell process, their team was able to provide all documents in a very timely manner. Gus and Karla assisted me with items that I was not able to handle due to my lack of experience with this process and with their expertise, they provided all the resources that were necessary to close with success. They are extremely communicative and I never felt that things were "slipping through the cracks". Top-notch agents on a top-notch team!
