ZillowVERIFIED We had an awesome experience with Brittany & Karl when we decided to sell our home. Their background knowledge and expertise in the real estate market reduced our stress as we knew we were in good hands. They were dedicated to selling our home from the beginning to the end of the process by showcasing our home with professional photographs, discussing the pros and cons of all the offers we received, being responsive to all our questions, and negotiating the best deal for our family. Not only are they great real estate professionals but also great people! I would definitely work with them again and would feel confident recommending them to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED If you look up the word phenomenal, you will see Karl and Brittany Landenberger as the definition! They have a passion in the Real Estate field and give each customer special care and attention. The home buying process can be stressful at times, but they are able to help guide you into your forever home. If you are thinking about working them, the answer is YES! They are everything you need in a Real Estate agent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home! When we initially started looking for a home, we really didn't know where to start. The first home we looked at, we absolutely loved. However, in this buyers market, "hot homes" do not last. I can't tell you how many homes we looked at after that, but it has been such a fun experience. There were times when we thought we would not find a home. However, both Karl and Brittany reassured us that our home is out there, and we will find it. It was the motivation we needed to remain positive about the process.During each showing, they were there for support and provided guidance. They are easy to get in contact with and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. As a result of the pandemic with COVID, they were able to adjust to ensure the safety of everyone was priority. We are overly excited for our home and we truly appreciate all the help, professionalism, motivation, and patience both Karl and Brittany demonstrated during the entire process. Thank you for being there for us! We are forever grateful and can proudly say we are now proud owners of the best home out there!

ZillowVERIFIED We enlisted the help of Brittany and Karl when faced with the sudden and unexpected need to sell a family home. Their compassion during a sad family time was evinced by their patience, willingness to communicate freely with all members of the family, and considerate and cordial interactions with the estate sale facilitator we engaged. We feel their extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the local market was instrumental in both setting expectations for how long the house would remain on the market and in setting a supportable asking price.Their clear, efficient communication and enthusiasm for all elements of overseeing the listing allowed us to shift our focus to other end-of-life affairs while being kept up to date on the status of the house. Our family values their significant contribution to a difficult time, and freely and wholeheartedly recommends their services to anyone considering working with them.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us find our home. Seeing houses was actually an event we looked forward to because we enjoyed working with them so much. As first time homebuyers, we were impressed with how patient they were with us and our questions. They were thoughtful and honest and they made us feel comfortable with the entire process. As our wants and needs evolved, they adapted and listened to us. They treated us with a lot of respect and the whole process was less transactional and more personal and rewarding. We would have never found our dream home so quickly without their help. They are truly a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany, Karl and Jessica from iCandy realty are truly one of a kind. Me and my husband were completely lost when we decided we wanted to sell our house. We knew we wanted to sell.. but had no idea how to go about it. They were referred to us by family members who had nothing but great things to say. I called and the process started immediately! They are extremely attentive (I think at some point they were on vacation but we're still communicating... crazy!) Anyone who has sold a house knows that these things can get kinda stressful... but rest assured.. they are on top of everything and will guide you through the entire process. Thank you to Brittany,Karl and Jessica for making this a smooth transition for us!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with both Karl and Brittany. It was a rough couple of months with the sale and purchase of a property. At the beginning, things did not work out as we had planned. It seemed like we had to keep readjusting our sails. Every adjustment ended up sending us into the right direction and eventually I ended up with not only the house of my dreams but a wonderful tenant and two people who started off as strangers and I can now consider my friends. If you're searching for realtors that are thoughtful, highly motivated, savvy and respond to EVERY question with grace and understanding - these are your people! Thank you BOTH for such a wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany and Karl worked very hard on the sale of our luxury home. They did a masterful job of marketing with on line videos and sales brochures that displayed our house beautifully. They offered many great ideas to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. They both were very responsive to any of our requests or concerns. Their judgment on any aspect of the sale was always very sound. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany and Karl were great. They were prompt and went out of their way to accommodate our schedule by meeting with us on a Sunday night for the initial meeting where they inspected our home and shared data about our area and our subdivision. After the meeting, we met up two days later to go over comps and listing and marketing strategy. Their marketing strategy is up to date compared to their competitors. They have professional photography, use data and analytics to understand traffic on the property and use the information to follow up with prospects. They also use social media as a platform by making a video and sharing it. Our home had over 4,000 views in two days and numerous shares on Facebook. We were excited to have a deal within a few days. Unfortunately, it fell through, but, Brittany and Karl immediately set up an open house to generate additional buzz and in the background were contacting agents for people who also visited the home and missed out in the first few days. Brittany attended the appraisal and the closing to ensure a smooth transaction. Their attention to detail, promptness, honesty, and integrity are second to none. They are genuinely good people with a passion for real estate, but, a stronger desire to help their clients. I can't say enough about them and would highly recommend you place them at the top of your list if you're looking to buy or sell your home.
