Review Karissa White did an outstanding job in selling my deceased brother's house. She arrived at the house at a designated time and evaluated the value of the house before it went on the market. She ended up listing it for an even higher price. After a minor bidding war, the house sold for $20,000 over the asking price. Karissa made multiple trips to my mom's house with paperwork so that she did not have to make the one and a half hour trip. My mom did not have to make the trip to the closing because Karissa had taken care of that.Karissa is a very professional, efficient, and wise real estate agent. We had numerous twists and turns involved in the sale of our $425,000 home. There were times we were't even aware until after the fact; that she was taking care of things without us knowing. She is very knowledgeable and explains all the new concepts if you are a new buyer, and she also looks out for anything that might cause you extra expenses down the road. She has good contacts for inspection and contractors, so you can easily get estimates on the cost of work, both for your new house and if you need to make updates to sell your current house. In addition, she will wait till you find the right fit and not pressure you. It took me a year to find the right place the second time, and she was very patient and understanding with me the whole time. I highly recommend working with her!
