It seems like she knows absolutely everyone in town and if she doesn't know something about a property, she sent a text or email to other agents to find out ASAP. When we were ready to list our home, we contacted her and received an immediate response. During our first meeting with Karine, we were extremely impressed by her engaging personality, her efficiency, the thoroughness of her preparation for the meeting, the insightfulness in determining a list price, and the reach she has for marketing through online resources and networks. She toured the house and provided judicious suggestions to complete our work at staging rooms. She explained the process that would unfold with clarity, and she responded to questions rapidly. Her communication with us was, in fact, excellent. She arranged for a professional real estate photographer, and he took amazing photos of our property, including an aerial view. During our first (and only) day of showings, we received four offers, three of which were above list price. She went through each offer, explaining key points, and we accepted an offer the following day. We were thrilled to have our house sell well and then come off of the market after only one weekend!
