Karina Beltran was our property manager for four years prior to us listing our condo for sale and let me say Karina's performance as our listing agent was no less than outstanding. The proof is in the results: Our condo in Parkfairfax, Alexandria was under contract after one day on market! Karina knows the area extremely well and developed a listing strategy, forecasting just the right pricing and timing, which led to multiple offers and allowed us to generate a higher sales price than what we originally listed at. Her communication is superb, she was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. We live out of state, so Karina was able to coordinate the maintenance work that needed to be done prior to listing.
