We also ran into many different issues during our search (had to walk away twice due to issues found from home inspection). But Karin is always patient, professional, and never pushes us into making any decision. She always has our best interest in mind when looking at properties or talking to the seller. We could not have done this without her. She is so knowledgeable on every aspect of home purchasing, home ownership, and processes such as short-sales. She was responsive around the clock and always made me feel like I was the only one. She is always so honest, the first thing that she said about the house that we ended up buying was I dont like it :-) Getting a real opinion is much more important than having them say what you want to hear just to make the sale. She showed an amazing local knowledge as well as technical that impressed me and my wife. Understanding our needs with only a few questions, she showed us a second home that we fell in love with and ended up buying it.Karin helped from beginning to end. We were not inclined to pay full price for the home but also did not want to lose it. Taking this in consideration, she instructed us in making a formal offer and negotiating a better price and assisted us in hiring a home inspector which did an amazing job. ZillowVERIFIED We had the good fortune of meeting Karin Turner in March of 2014 during an after hours showing of a property. We were impressed by Karins knowledge, easygoing manner and calm demeanor. We decided then and there that Karin was an ideal agent and chose her to handle our real estate needs. During the next 2 months Karen showed us numerous properties together but never once gave us the slightest pressure to settle on any property. We methodically explored various options and she patiently assisted us as we searched. Once we settled for a property she calmly walked us through the negotiation process, home inspection, and closing. It was during this phase that she impressed us further by way she worked tirelessly and persisted on making sure that our interests and needs were taken care of. Her follow through was remarkable as she made sure that the Seller took care of all the pending items prior to closing. Following this it was but natural that we ask her to be our agent in marketing the home we were living in. During the three month period that it took us to sell our house we saw how special Karin truly is. She went well beyond the call of duty to get our old home ready for sale and closing.
